अनुच्छेद 77: भारत सरकार के कार्यवाहन का नियमन
- कार्यवाहन का नियमन: भारत सरकार का सभी कार्यवाहन ऐसे व्यक्त किया जाएगा जिसे राष्ट्रपति के नाम में किया गया हो।
- आदेश और अन्य साधन: आदेश और अन्य साधन जो राष्ट्रपति के नाम में बनाए और क्रियान्वित किए जाते हैं, उनकी प्रमाणीकरण वह तरीका के रूप में किया जाएगा जैसा राष्ट्रपति द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों में उल्लिखित हो।
- लेन-देन की मान्यता: भारत सरकार के किसी भी लेन-देन की मान्यता किसी भी कारणवश नहीं की जा सकती है कि यह राष्ट्रपति के नाम में नहीं किया गया है।
- प्रमाणीकरण: राष्ट्रपति को भारत सरकार के कार्यवाहन के अधिक सुविधाजनक प्रावधान के लिए नियम बनाने की अधिकारिता होती है, और इसमें सदस्यों के बीच उक्त व्यापार का आवंटन शामिल होता है।
- मामलों का प्रदान करना: राष्ट्रपति नियमों के माध्यम से ऐसे मामलों को निर्धारित कर सकते हैं जिनमें आदेश और अन्य साधन उनके नाम में बनाए और क्रियान्वित किए गए हों, और प्रमाणीकरण कैसे किया जाएगा, वह भी निर्धारित कर सकते हैं।
- नियम-निर्माण की शक्ति: राष्ट्रपति को भारत सरकार के कार्यवाहन के अधिक सुविधाजनक प्रावधान के लिए नियम बनाने की अधिकारिता होती है, और इसके अंतर्गत व्यापार का आवंटन करने की भी।

Article 77: Conduct of Business of the Government of India
- All executive actions of the Government of India shall be expressed to be taken in the name of the President.
- Orders and other instruments made and executed in the name of the President shall be authenticated in such manner as may be specified in rules to be made by the President, and the validity of an order or instrument which is so authenticated shall not be called in question on the ground that it is not an order or instrument made or executed by the President.
- The President shall make rules for the more convenient transaction of the business of the Government of India, and for the allocation among Ministers of the said business.
- The President may require the Council of Ministers to furnish him with information on any matter relating to the administration of the affairs of the Union, and proposals for legislation; and the Minister shall, for the purpose of furnishing such information, have the right of access to all papers and documents relating to the subject matter of proposals for legislation pending in the Legislature of the Union.
