थल सेना का विभाजन (Army Division)

थल सेना का विभाजन मुख्य रूप से कमान और मुख्यालय (Headquarters) के आसपास होता है। यह दो अहम हिस्से हैं जो सेना के कार्यों को संचालित करते हैं:

1. कमान (Commands): थल सेना के क्षेत्रीय कमान, या सामान्य भाषा में “कमान” वे संगठन होते हैं जो भारत में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सेना के कार्यों का संचालन करते हैं। हर कमान अपने क्षेत्र में जिम्मेदार होता है और उसका क्षेत्राधिकारी उस क्षेत्र के सेना के कार्यों का निर्देशन करता है। भारत में कुल 7 थल सेना कमान होते हैं:
   • उत्तरी कमान
   • पश्चिमी कमान
   • दक्षिण पश्चिमी कमान
   • दक्षिणी कमान
   • पूर्वी कमान
   • मध्य कमान
2. Army Training Command (सेना प्रशिक्षण कमांड)
3. मुख्यालय (Headquarters): सेना का मुख्यालय, जिसे “मुख्यालय थल सेना” के रूप में जाना जाता है, न्यू दिल्ली में स्थित होता है। यहां पर सेना के उच्चतम कमान प्रमुख विशेषज्ञता के साथ निर्णय लेते हैं और सेना की संचालनिक योजनाओं का निर्माण करते हैं। मुख्यालय थल सेना सेना के सभी कमांड का संचालन करता है और निर्णय लेता है जो विशेष महत्वपूर्ण हैं, जैसे कि रणनीतिक निर्णय और रक्षा योजनाएं।

कमान और मुख्यालय थल सेना को विभिन्न स्तरों पर संचालित करने में मदद करते हैं, और वे सेना के कार्यों को आदेश, योजना और नियंत्रण के तहत लाते हैं।

There are a total of seven operational Commands in the Indian Army:

2. Headquarters: The Headquarters of the Indian Army, known as “Army Headquarters,” is located in New Delhi, the capital of India. This is where the highest-ranking officers of the Indian Army, including the Chief of Army Staff, are based. The Army Headquarters is responsible for overall administration, policy formulation, strategic planning, and decision-making for the entire Indian Army. It plays a pivotal role in coordinating and directing the Army’s various activities, including strategic planning, operational decisions, and defense planning.
